This advanced set consists 8x10m and 4x5m / 8x32f and 4x16f
As a novice or as an experienced Rigger, you will have enough rope to do a lot of your creations.
This rope resembles natural hemp rope but is synthetic. 3-ply polypropylene rope that looks and feels like hemp is the ideal replacement for real hemp. The rope has a thickness of 6mm and is perfect for beginners in shibari.
This rope has many advantages such as:
- cheap
- good alternative if you have hay fever
- easy to maintain
- lightweight
- very strong
As a beginner, you will have a lot of fun with this rope. With a breaking strength of 320kg (705lbs), this rope is very suitable for suspensions*. Because this rope is synthetic, you can also use it for water bondage*.
*Please note: before starting with suspensions and water bondage, you must have the necessary knowledge and experience!
If you have hay fever, this is a worthy alternative to still be involved with ropes, and you will also have beautiful rope marks afterwards. The rope has already been treated for you and is immediately usable as bondage rope.
Finishes:
Tape: This is regular tape and is not suitable for bonding unless you create a finish for it yourself.
Overhand knot: A more traditional knot that is most common.
Whipping end: A nice finish of fine jute rope provides a streamlined end that easily slides through your ropes. Be careful: this knot can slip, make sure to tie an overhand knot as soon as possible!
Slinky overhand knot: The same knot as the overhand knot, but narrower because we first loosen the strings and then tie them tightly.
Thistle knot: A slightly more complex but beautiful and especially strong end finish.
Because this is synthetic rope, the risk of rope burn is greater.

Dit touw lijkt op natuurlijk hennep touw maar is synthetisch. 3 Strings geslagen polypropolene touw dat lijkt en aanvoelt als hennep is de ideale vervanger voor echte hennep. Het touw heeft een dikte van 6mm en is perfect touw als je wilt beginnen met shibari.
Dit touw heeft vele voordelen zoals:
- goedkoop
- goed alternatief als je hooikoorts hebt
- gemakkelijk te onderhouden
- licht van gewicht
- zeer sterk
Als starter zul je veel plezier beleven aan dit touw. Dit touw, met zijn breeksterkte van 320kg (705lbs), is zeer geschikt voor suspensies*. Omdat dit touw synthetisch is, kun je het ook gebruiken voor water bondage*.
*Let op: voordat je begint met suspensies en water bondages je wel de nodige kennis en ervaring moet hebben!
Als je hooikoorts hebt is dit een waardig alternatief om toch met touwen bezig te zijn, na afloop heb je ook mooie ropemarks. Het touw is al voor je behandeld en is direct bruikbaar als bondage touw.
Afwerkingen:
Tape: Dit is normale tape en is niet geschikt om te bonderen tot je er zelf een afwerking voor maakt.
Overhand knot: Een meer traditionele knoop die het meest voorkomt.
Whipping end: Een mooie afwerking van fijn jute touw zorgt voor een gestroomlijnde uiteinde die gemakkelijk door uw touwen glijd. Opgelet: deze knoop kan afglijden, zorg dat je dan zo snel mogelijk een overhand knoop legt!
Slinky overhand knot: Dezelfde knoop als de overhand knot maar dan smaller omdat we de strings eerst losmaken en dan gelijk leggen.
Thistle knot: Een iets complexere maar mooie en vooral sterke eindafwerking.
- Omdat dit synthetisch touw is, is de kans groter op ropeburnt.

Cette corde ressemble à une corde de chanvre naturel mais est synthétique. Une corde en polypropylène tressée de 3 brins qui ressemble et se sent comme du chanvre est le remplaçant idéal du vrai chanvre. La corde a une épaisseur de 6 mm et est parfaite si vous voulez commencer le shibari.
Cette corde présente de nombreux avantages tels que:
- Bon marché
- Bonne alternative si vous souffrez de rhume des foins
- Facile à entretenir
- Légère
- Très résistante
En tant que débutant, vous apprécierez beaucoup cette corde. Avec une résistance à la rupture de 320 kg (705 lbs), cette corde convient très bien aux suspensions*. Comme cette corde est synthétique, vous pouvez également l'utiliser pour les bondages aquatiques*.

Si vous avez le rhume des foins, c'est une bonne alternative pour vous occuper avec des cordes, vous aurez également de belles marques de cordes à la fin. La corde a déjà été traitée et est prête à être utilisée comme corde de bondage.
Finitions:
- Tape: Il s'agit d'un ruban normal et n'est pas adapté pour créer une finition.

Overhad knot: Un nœud plus traditionnel qui est le plus couramment utilisé.

Whipping end: Une belle finition en fine corde de jute qui permet à l'extrémité de glisser facilement à travers vos cordes. Attention: ce nœud peut se défaire, assurez-vous de faire rapidement un nœud en huit !

Slinky overhand knot: Le même nœud que le nœud en huit mais plus étroit car nous détachons d'abord les brins et les posons ensuite.

Thistle knot: Une finition d'extrémité légèrement plus complexe mais belle et surtout solide.
